Branislav has been part of the tax department at Grant Thornton Slovakia in Bratislava since 2018. He is a licensed tax advisor and an active member of the Methodological and Legislative Commission for Accounting under the Slovak Chamber of Tax Advisors.
Throughout his career, Branislav has gained an extensive experience in Slovak and international tax law. He focuses on corporate income tax, value added tax, international corporate taxation, M&A transactions, and tax due diligence. He works with clients from a broad range of industries — including automotive, construction, energy, food, metallurgical, military, mining, and pharmaceutical industry, as well as cinematography, trade, insurance, restaurant, transport, and IT services.
Before joining Grant Thornton, Branislav earned degrees in Taxation and Tax Consulting (Faculty of National Economy) and Accounting (Faculty of Economic Informatics) from the University of Economics in Bratislava. During his studies, he focused on his today´s favorite topic: accounting and taxation of motor vehicles. He regularly expands his professional knowledge by attending specialized tax and accounting seminars.
