Roland works at Grant Thornton as an audit manager, where he is responsible for managing audit engagements and coordinating teams. In his role, he ensures high-quality audit services for a wide range of clients.
Roland has ten years of experience in auditing and specializes primarily in auditing the financial statements of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). He has practical experience in auditing in the retail, services, light industry, and construction sectors. He has also participated in a specific audit of a monetary policy institution, which required a detailed understanding of a complex regulated environment. During the 2023/2024 audit season, he performed audits for Grant Thornton Switzerland, which contributed to his professional growth and expanded his international experience.
Roland is a graduate of the University of Economics in Bratislava, Faculty of International Relations, where he completed his engineering studies in economic diplomacy in 2015. He has held an auditor's license and has been a member of the Chamber of Auditors of the Slovak Republic since December 2025. He actively communicates in English and German and regularly participates in professional training courses and seminars focused on auditing, accounting, and financial reporting.
