Proving compliance with the compulsory share of employment of citizens with disabilities for the year 2023 - Electronically

We would like to remind you that from 01.01.2023 an amendment to Act No.5/2004 Coll. entered into force on employment services, as amended, which brought a change in proving the fulfilment of the mandatory share of employment of citizens with disabilities.

From 2023 onwards, employers are obliged to fulfil the above obligation exclusively electronically and directly on the portal www.sluzbyzamestnanosti.gov.sk .

In practice, this means that the employer is obliged to deliver the Annual Report on the fulfilment of the compulsory share of employment of citizens with disabilities for the year 2023, including the annexes, as well as the relevant register of employees with disabilities to the Office of Labour, Social Affairs and Family electronically by 31 March 2024.
