During his career he has been acting on both sell- and buy- side as an investor in all stages of transaction process providing support for negotiation, valuation, transaction structuring and pricing. His experience with acquisitions and due diligence includes companies in the fields of metallurgy, mechanical engineering, automotive, power engineering, health, or hi-tech start-up.

Peter has many years of professional experience. He worked 7 years in private equity and he is in consulting since 2007.

Peter gradued from Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica (Master’s degree in Finance, banking and investing).
