Lucia graduated from Comenius University with a degree in German and Psychology and is working at Grant Thornton since 2008. She continuously improves her experience at international marketing and HR conferences.

She is an experienced manager, responsible for HR and office management. She has experience in all back-office activities and has worked in marketing for several years. Her experience includes in particular the implementation and optimization of internal processes, she is fluent in German and English. 

Lucia manages the selection processes and internal HR at Grant Thornton Slovakia and is also responsible for the organisation and management of internal processes throughout the company.
