Andrea has over 18 years of experience in professional services, especially in strategic leadership search and building and restructuring management teams for clients in various industrial sectors. By close communication with the client, she has helped to identify the people related problems and bring solutions that helped businesses to grow and prosper.

Andrea provides a range of human capital advisory services including management audits, leadership search and a range of tailor made services which are oriented at improving clients‘ businesses trough improving people and management related issues.
