Our team is looking for a new member, who would handle complex payroll processing for international clients of the company and has an interest in expanding their knowledge and experience in the area of personal income tax.

Start date: ASAP/after agreement

Place of work: Hodžovo námestie, Bratislava, Slovensko (Job positions allows for occasional home office)

Working time: full time

Required experience: 3 years

  • Main responsibilities:
- Complex payroll processing for clients of the company via supplier method
- Providing advice to clients in the areas of payroll accounting and HR
- Registration and deregistration of employees to/from insurance companies
- Communication with social and health insurance companies, financial administration, statistical office, etc.
- Calculation of the annual tax settlement on income tax from dependent activities
- Preparation of personal income tax returns- Preparation of statistical summaries and reports
- Preparation of documents for accounting
- Active communication with an assigned portfolio of clients
- Solving individual client’s needs
- Opportunity to participate in internal projects focusing on legislation, preparation of professional articles, digitalization of processes, etc.
- Supporting the payroll team (sharing your experience with junior colleagues)
- Monitoring legislative changes relating to payroll agenda

  • Personal prerequisites and skills:
- Precision and responsibility
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity and experience with MAGMA HCM and Asseco SPIN payroll software
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) at intermediate level
- Knowledge of the English language is a welcomed asset

- Planning, organising and conducting audit in accordance with international standards
- Analysing financial information and identifying potential risks
- Developing and recommending effective methods and strategies
- Communication with the customer and coordination of work within the team
- Evaluation of results and preparation of reports for the client
- Active participation in education and professional development

  • What is expected:
- Degree in auditing, finance, economics or similar field
- Analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Fluency in English
